Thank you so much to everyone at Doves Maidstone for the genuine care, compassion and dignity they showed to us following the death of my brother. From the moment the team collected him from home they showed such professionalism and genuine care towards Simon. We felt that the team showed such warmth which in turn made a horrendous situation so much better.

Special thanks to Jackie who can only be described as an angel in human form. We felt listened to and safe. Jackie enabled us to arrange a very personalised, real ‘celebration of life’ that was so fitting to Simon. Jackie recommend a celebrant, Faye, who she believed would be gentle and caring. We are so thankful to Faye too for really understanding and capturing who my brother was.

We have given 5 stars but really Doves Maidstone deserve so much more. My mum and I will forever be grateful for the support and warmth shown to us and our much loved and missed brother and son, Simon

I can't recommend doves enough thank you to the Ashford team for everything from planning to funeral. I recently lost my teenage son and had no idea about funeral planning or what to do next. And never organised a funeral before.

stepping into doves funeral directors i was greeted warmly by Hayley Boyle everything was explained fully i never felt alone and had help every step of the way.
The team treated my son with a high level of dignity, care and respect. I will be forever grateful to them for making for making a catastrophic and terrible time easier to manage and for helping me to pull my way through.

Thank you so much to everyone at Doves for making what was a difficult time for our family as painless as it could be. We were guided through everything without feeling we were being upsold or otherwise. The staff were very professional and on the day of the funeral everything was done with dignity and great professionalism. We cannot thank them enough and would definitely recommend them.

It was the second time we have used Doves Maidstone and again they were fantastic. From the first contact in the middle of the night informing them of my mums passing, Chris the Funeral Director making sure the day went smoothly and Jackie coordinating everything in the office the service we received was first class. Jackie was great at getting the additional request we had arranged and really took care of us.
