Congratulations to Karen Colman, Funeral Arranger at Doves Funeral Directors in Orpington, who has successfully completed her Level 2 Funeral Arranger Apprenticeship, achieving an outstanding Distinction.
Karen worked incredibly hard to achieve this qualification, demonstrating commitment, resilience and determination throughout her apprenticeship journey. Despite feeling understandably nervous ahead of her final assessments, she rose to the challenge and achieved a well-deserved result.
The apprenticeship has enabled Karen to further develop her skills and knowledge, helping her continue to provide exceptional support and care to the families she serves.
