Doves conducted both my parents funerals and were wonderful in each case. I dealt directly with them for my Mother's recent funeral and they couldn't have been more helpful. They took the time to explain things and answer my questions, recommended a florist and celebrant who both did a great job. Rose at the shop was very compassionate when I got upset and on the day of the funeral everyone did their jobs professionally and respectfully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doves.

Amanda, at Staplehurst, was amazing with organising my Mum’s funeral from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the design of the coffin was exactly how we imagined it.

I have recently used doves for my dads funeral. Im Very pleased with the staff and resources doves funeral parlour have too offer. They are very helpful,nice and understanding. They made everything much easier and helped me achieve a send off I am happy with, Would recommend using them.

Karen was amazing from start to finish. She put us completely at ease during such a difficult time and supported us every step of the way. The funeral for my mum was absolutely amazing and everything was handled with such care, compassion and professionalism. Doves in Maidstone couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process. From my first meeting with Jackie I knew I was in good hands, we had an unusual situation and her guidance and support ultimately led to a fitting service for our much loved friend.

Obviously booking a funeral for a loved one is not something any of would want to do.
So finding Doves was such a relief for my sister and I.
We attended an appointment with Karen who explained everything very clearly to us before we chose the package we wanted.
Karen is the most respectful helpful kind lady. We found her easy to chat with concerning all we wanted and needed from Doves.
Shes an intelligent professional, and she has empathy and care for her customers.
